- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Moving from Windsor Heights Bankers Trust to Altoona was the worst mistake! I have banked with Bankers Trust for over 18 years and have never had so many problems. Physically went into the bank to pay off my credit card and they were not able to tell me how much was charged, so I paid more than I should have. Then three days later still seeing they have not received a payment. When I called to see if something was in error they said they have not received any form of payment! This branch has many miscommunication problems. Save the time and hassle don't bank here!By Rhianna BB, November 07, 2016
